Beautiful outdoor space with amazing views.
My experience was incredibly disappointing. We booked the top-rated Bungalow Deluxe, but they tried to palm us off with a standard one instead. The host was unhelpful and refused to refund us for the price difference, leaving us feeling cheated. This lack of professionalism made our stay utterly frustrating.

Some parts impressed, others didn’t
The breakfast was truly delightful, especially the gallo pinto! Also, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive to all our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location was a bit remote. while charming, it took some driving to reach more bustling areas, which some may find inconvenient.

Families if you want relaxation, this is it
The service we got from Jose was something else, man. He made sure the hot tub was ready for us, even before we got there. And that sloth sighting? Absolutely lovely. We felt like we were in a nature documentary, real time.
Sure, it was a bit pricey, but you know what? It was worth every penny.

The outdoor area shines with a fantastic hot tub and a surprisingly functional mini kitchen, perfect for a getaway. The surrounding nature is a treat, making it easy to spot various birds right from the balcony.
We booked the top-rated bungalow but were assigned a standard one at check-in, even after paying in full. The initial promise of a better bungalow closer to the creek didn’t pan out when we returned from a hike, as it had already supposedly been offered to other guests by then, which felt quite disappointing.

Amazing views of the lush forest!

cozy but a bit remote
The place felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The family running this place created a warm atmosphere, making us feel like part of their home. Plus, the stunning mountain view from our bungalow added a perfect touch of tranquility to our stay.
The location, while peaceful, felt a bit too far from local dining options.
